First, an overview
The industrial flake ice machine is a cooling device in non-edible ice machine industry, used in many areas of industrial manufacturing. 3、Printing and dyeing, textile and chemical industries
In the chemical reaction process, lots of ice must be added to control temperature, in order to guarantee the quality of the product. In the biopharmaceutical, chemical & pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical intermediates and fine chemical industry products, lots of ice is added in the synthesis process to control the reaction temperature. The traditional production mode for the procurement is buying or self-made large shaped ice, and then crushed and added to the reactor which enlarge labor strength and increase cost. What’s more, due to ice impurities, quality declined. However, flake ice could overcome those weak points because of its uniform, mobility, large unit contact area and fast cooling speed. Therefore, flake ice became the best cooling carrier in pharmaceutical and chemical industry.

5、The ice storage Air conditioning industry
Daytime working hours is a peak period in the summer, electricity is the most overload operation, while the resting time belong to the electricity trough at night, power is not to maximize their effectiveness. According to statistics, central air-conditioning electricity consumption in China's large and medium-sized cities accounted for 40-50% of the electricity power system peak and caused valley load varies greatly. 6、Poultry slaughtering industry
In poultry slaughter industry, in order to ensure the quality and appearance of poultry meat, you must control the fleshy temperature (preferably 0-4 degrees Celsius) when it comes to complete the final step into the freezer, so in the final step in the slaughter, temperature should be suitable while washing the meat. But, the traditional water chiller cannot meet the requirements. Flake ice can melt faster, get meat cooling faster, so flake ice machine has become the preferred equipment of the poultry slaughter industry.
